Pre Event Documents

As the chair of the event, it is your responsibility to work with the Slalom/Autocross Chair and Safety Chair to design a safe, workable course. Design tips are available online, but nothing beats visiting the location ahead of time and working through any possible issues.

Your other responsibilities include providing a design for the event dash plaque to the Trophy Chair at least four weeks before the event is scheduled. This will keep our costs down and allow any adjustments to be made to the design.
