What is this for?
We do allow minors to participate in autocross events–but for the protection of all, our insurance company requires minors and guardians of minors to release Cumberland Motor Club from all liability. If the minor is accompanied by the parent, the minor release form may be filled out onsite at the event. If the minor is unaccompanied, the release form must be notarized.
The form must be filled out and accompany the minor to any event.
